OCTOBER TEACHER SPOTLIGHT!
October's Teacher Spotlight is Jordyn Gour!!
Ms. Gour is in her first year of teaching 4th grade at St. Elmo Elementary. She attended Lake Land College and then completed her degree at Eastern Illinois University. She is from Herrick, IL. Ms. Gour says she has always known she wanted to be a teacher. She tries to incorporate technology into her lesson plans and includes interactive learning games and hands-on activities. Other interesting facts about Ms. Gour.....she is a Boston Red Sox fan, and she enjoys reading, baking, and taking her dogs on walks. Her favorite food is lobster.
