Tonight at 8:20 pm (Military Time 20:20) the city of St. Elmo will be lighting up Deken Park in honor of the class of 2020. This is a time to remember our seniors and know that we are all doing all that we can for you!
Message to our students…
Any current St. Elmo or Brownstown 5th, 6th, or 7th grade girl interested in trying out for Jr. High Cheerleading next year--please email Coach Wright at vwright@stelmo.org. Please include the following information: your name, grade level for next year, and parent phone number.

We will be making some changes in our lunch distribution beginning Wednesday, April 8th. Anyone receiving lunches will also be given learning packets with their lunches that day. Everyone else will need to pick up at packets at SEHS on April 8th from 8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. This will be in a "drive-through" procedure--we ask that you please stay in your vehicles, as we adhere to social distancing guidelines.
Beginning Monday, April 13th, we will distribute lunches on Mondays and Thursdays each week from 11:30-1:00. We will include 3 breakfasts/lunches on Mondays and 2 breakfasts/lunches on Thursdays. Please refer to the Documents Section--For Parents and Community--Remote Learning folder for more information. Thank you!

The mandated school closure has been extended through April 30th. We are transitioning into Remote Learning Days, and the new learning packets will be delivered on April 8th. The original hard copy packets will contain enough materials to cover until that time. We appreciate everyone's patience during this crisis situation. We will continue to provide meals, and if you would like to sign up, please complete the survey on the previous post.

Students, I am asking you to bring an e-device or your cell phone to my classes tomorrow (Monday, March 16). I will review how to access your student email, google classroom, remind apps, etc. These could be useful while we are out of school. Paper packets will also be sent home.

The governor issued a directive closing public and private schools effective March 17th through March 30th. We WILL be in session on Monday, March 16th. Stay tuned for more details to follow.

IESA Class 8-2A Regional Championship Game for tonight has been suspended. See additional information under the "News" section of our website.
Kindergarten pre-registration will be different this year. We are asking that you call, stop by, or email dsefton@stelmo.org with your child’s information. Student name, parent name, address where child resides, child’s birthday, and an email address for the parent. Eventually by the August registration you will need birth certificate and shot records, prove residency, etc. Thank you for registering your upcoming kindergarten student and if you have any questions contact the elementary at 618-829-3263.
